Pre-registration training grants

In response to requests, PSNC has developed a form which pharmacy contractors can use to apply to their PCT for payment of the Pre-Registration Training Grant. There is no nationally approved form therefore the use of the form below is not mandatory. More information about claiming the Pre-registration Training Grant is available in Part XIII of the Drug Tariff.
