Below you'll find an overview of the various NHS IT projects which will support and impact on the national community pharmacy contract. Information Governance

All NHS providers, including community pharmacies need to provide information governance assurances to the NHS on an annual basis.


The Summary Care Record (SCR)

The Summary Care Record (SCR) is an electronic summary of key health information. It will hold limited essential information derived initially from the patient’s GP record. Work has begun to pilot pharmacy access to the record. Click on the link below for more information:
