Glucosamine products added to Drug Tariff

With effect from 1st October 2010 the following products will be added to Part VIII of the Drug Tariff:

Glucosamine sulphate 1.5g tablets
Glucosamine sulphate 500mg / Chondroitin 400mg tablets.

All prescriptions written generically for these products will be reimbursed at the Part VIII price.
