Changes to the Dental Prescribers Formulary - August 2010

The Department of Health have made the following amendment to the Dental Prescribers Formulary with effect from the 1st August 2010:

Deletions from DPF

Amphotericin Lozenges BP

Amphotericin Lozenges BP products are therefore not allowed to be prescribed on an NHS dental prescription / FP10D from 1st August 2010.
