Roche announce distribution changes
Roche have announced that from Monday 26th July onwards the products Pulmozyme (dornase alpha) ampoules 2.5mg and Valcyte (valganciclovir) tablets 450mg x 60 will be distributed directly through Roche Products Ltd only. This applies to England, Scotland and Wales only.
Direct orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday will be delivered on next working day via either Roche's dedicated cold chain carrier Movianto, or via DHL for ambient shipments. There are no delivery charges for standard next day delivery.
Any queries on these changes can be directed to the Roche Customer Care Team on 0800 731 5711, who will also be able to assist with setting up accounts for the placing of direct orders.
