2% Stoma and Incontinence Products Reimbursement Price Reductions in April
As part of the new arrangements being introduced for the provision of stoma and incontinence appliances, there will be a uniform reduction of 2% on the reimbursement prices of Drug Tariff Part IXA catheters, Part IXB incontinence appliances and Part IXC stoma appliances. The new reimbursement prices come into effect on 1st April 2010. A complete list of the products affected can be found on the NHS Prescription Services website. Contractors are advised to give consideration to stock levels of these products.
