New Yellow Card Scheme website
The Yellow Card website URL has been changed to www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard.
Pharmacies are permitted to use existing stocks of materials which include the old URL (www.yellowcard.gov.uk) - for example Yellow Card leaflets already printed - as it is currently still in use.
